1. Agency Services & Estimates

SynthetixStudio provides premium custom software engineering, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and machine learning integration services.

• Estimates are not binding: All prices, quotes, timeframes, and budgetary figures displayed on our website, including those generated by interactive calculators, are baseline estimates intended for informational purposes only.
• Formal Contracts: Final pricing, project scopes, delivery timelines, and payment milestones are strictly negotiated and formalized only via a customized Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both Runtime Technologies and the client.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Our intellectual property policy is designed to protect both our agency's foundational code and your custom business logic:

• The Website: Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by Runtime Technologies and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• Client Deliverables: Unless strictly explicitly stated otherwise in a formal project contract, the intellectual property, source code, and commercial rights of the final software delivered to a client transfer fully to the client only upon receipt of full and final payment for the respective project milestones.

3. User Representations

By using the Site or submitting project inquiries, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration and contact information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (3) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
